Black on tires bleed through white letters
I purchased a set of BF Goodrich Radial TA. The black bleed through the white letters. Called BF Goodrich and they stood behind them and gave me a new set. Now the new set is doing the same thing. Why are you selling reject tires. I know BF Goodrich is aware of the problem. Until it's made right, I will not purchase or support your product ever again. Tired was very expensive.

Sidewalls blow out
I bought 4 last summer and only use in the summer months for my antique so I’ve probably driven a total of 8 months in two years yesterday I had a blow out the whole side wall came apart on a straight away on the right front tire. SPO
Junk tore, we're sorry to read this happened. The first step is to have the tire inspection by an authorized retailer (preferably the selling dealer). Have the dealer contact us with an inspection of the tire.

Save your money!
It only took a week after I washed the blue protectant off these tires for them to start turning brown. I had no idea this was happening to everyone until I started looking for ways to clean them. Before I bought these, I had a set of 15 year old Firestones and the RWLs would still get bright white with little effort. I had really high hopes for these tires and they failed miserably.

Raised Brown Letters
I am on my second set of 245/60R15's. First set were replaced under warranty due to the letters turning BROWN. Letters are bright white on day one. Three months later they turn brown and NOTHING (sos pads, sandpaper, bleche-white, Simple Green, kryptonite, unobtanium, brake fluid, isopropanol) can get them white. These tires are disgusting to look at and I am EMBARRASSED to drive wtih them on my 1975 Corvette. Can I have my money back please?
Vette Owner, We understand the frustration. A member of our team will be in touch, or you can contact us at 866-866-6605 for assistance.

This is a photo of a very old tire that is poorly taken care of...probably not even highway safe, yet look at the lettering! Goodrich used to know how to make tires. The ones I most recently from them, and they promised their formulation had improved, still turned brown, and theres no bringing them back.
BFGoodrich Radial T/A Warranties
>> The sizes shown are average design values for tires measured on specified measuring rim widths. Some tires may vary from this value by +/-3% of the section height (affecting overall diameter), and +/-4% of the section width.
>> Section width varies approximately 0.2" (5mm) for every 0.5" change in rim width.
>> Tread patterns are often tuned to accomodate different tire widths. Tires for a particular dimension of a given tireline may vary in appearance from the tire shown in the photograph.
WARNING: Serious or fatal injury may result from tire failure due to underinflation or overloading. To ensure correct air pressure and vehicle load, refer to vehicle owner's manual or tire information placard on the vehicle. Serious injury or death may result from explosion of tire/rim assembly due to improper mounting. Only tire professionals should mount tires and they should never inflate beyond 40 psi to seat the beads. Before mixing types of tires in any configuration on any vehicle, be sure to check the vehicle owner's manual for its recommendations.
DANGER: Never mount a 16" diameter tire on a 16.5" rim.
Inflation pressure increase must not exceed the maximum pressure branded on the tire sidewall. When a customer requests a replacement tire with a lower speed rating than the original equipment tire, you must clearly communicate to him or her that the handling of the vehicle may be different, and that its maximum speed capability is limited to that of the lowest speed-rated tire on the vehicle. Exceeding the lawful speed limit is neither recommended nor endorsed.
For high-speed driving, additional inflation pressure and possibly reduced tire loading and/or upsizing is required. In the absence of specific recommendations by the vehicle manufacturer, use the following guidelines based on those in the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organization Standards Manual.
For speeds over 160km/h (100 mph), load and inflation must be adjusted according to the table below.
S-Speed Rated Sizes:
| Maximum Speed (km/h) | 100 | 106 | 112 |
| Inflation Increase (psi) | 0.0 | 1.0 | 2.0 |
| Load Capacity (% of max.) | 100 | 100 | 100 |
| Maximum Speed (km/h) | 100 | 106 | 112 | 118 |
| Inflation Increase (psi) | 0.0 | 1.0 | 2.0 | 3.0 |
| Load Capacity (% of max.) | 100 | 100 | 100 | 100 |
