Uh.... What?
Third trip on blue label crawlers.... Is this normal?
Desert Dave, this is definitely not a normal condition for a tire. I see that you have contacted our Consumer Care Team for assistance. As directed, please have the tires inspected by a local BFGoodrich retailer and call us at 866-866-6605 from their store. Our team will be following up with you via email.

4psi on a cj
I bought a set of these for my CJ, and ran them strictly of road, other than short bursts on road to and from trailer to trail head. I've run them at 4psi since i bought them, and love them. They are the toughest tires I've ever had. The reason I'm writing a review is to encourage you to keep making these. Hands down, I'll buy these before any other tire on the market for wheeling. Fantastic traction, and tougher than anything else I've ever run. Anyone who complains about the road manners, noise and balancing shouldn't be allowed near wheeling vehicles. These tires are for your wheeling rig. Not looking cool at the mall, or running the hiways.
Thanks for taking the time to submit a review mountainjeepmike. It is appreciated. However, lower inflation pressures for improved flotation are permitted ONLY if the tire maintains adequate load-carrying capacity at the lower pressure. Lower pressures may be used off the road when speeds are less than 15 MPH and when the tire has adequate load-carrying capacity at the lower pressure. The best recommendation for highway use is to follow the inflation pressure specified by the vehicle manufacturer which can be found in the owner’s manual or on the sticker on the inside of the driver’s door, if equipped with the original tire size. Otherwise, the tire should be inflated to provide the same load capability of the original tire size at the manufacturer’s recommended pressure.

Great off-road
Great off-road tire

“DOT” advertised tire. Unsafe for Highway Use!
Bought a set of five through Costco. They would not install them. Understandably so. Went to 4 Wheel Parts to have them installed like I normally do for my Trucks. They could not get them balanced. I tried installing Counteract centrifugal balancing beads. Still no luck. Not only are these out of balance in a vertical plane but they induce a lateral death wobble when approaching 55 mph. There’s now way these are DOT safe! So much for trying to drive on the highway to your Offroad destination. Reached out the BFG Warranty and still have not heard back. Poor customer support on top of an unsafe “DOT” tire! I’ll be sticking with Mickey Thompson Tires from now on! M/T4theWin

Please dont stop making the Krawler
I really have been looking forward to buying a set of BFGoodrich Krawler 35 12.50 17 inch tires. I want to try these on my 12 Ram 2500 Longhorn for Rocks and Rivers. 33 inch size would sell like crazy and would work great for jeeps and my lifted Dodge Dakota.. Please do not discontinue the best off road tire available. Please expand on this idea $$$$
Thanks for taking the time to submit a review Heff. We'll forward your comments to our Marketing and Development team.

Krawler - Top Dogs!
Krawlers - by far the best Rock tire out there! Been running them on 3 different Jeeps 37 & 39. PLEASE keep making them!

Best rock tire
Best tire for going up rocks. Amazing traction and hands down the best sticky rock tire. I do worry about sidewalls with bushwacking, but its worth it for the traction. I got them used and will be replacing with new ones when its time.

Very good all around extreme tire
These tires are excellent, Ran them for 2 years and about 14,000 miles on a 3500lb Ranger Prerunner and had 65-70% tread remaining. sadly vehicle was lost in a fire. I used the tires in pretty much on every terrain you can think of, sand dunes, desert running and rock crawing out in Cali when I was stationed there and then in mud and clay when I got stationed in NC. These tires even work very well in drivable creeks and rivers on sumberged rockbeds and slick underwater gravel. I drove across the country on the I40 on them in about 40 hours straight and they were a decent enough ride to not need to stop due to driver fatigue. never had any balancing issues with them, I used the bean bag balancing method suggested by the retailer that I bought the tires and wheels from. If you are a serious off-roader I would suggest these tires on a dedicated trail rig or on a daily driver. These are one of the most multipurpose highly useable tires on the market, I have expiremented with 6 or 7 types of mainstream extreme offroad tires and these destroy the competition by miles. only complaint is they are really noisy once they get beyond 10% tread wear and they get terrible mileage compared to a standard mud tire, that being said these are extreme trail tires and are performance based, not comfort based, so apply common sense and understand what the tire is designed for compared to what you want to use it for. Lastly beware these tires are very heavy and rotating them is not very fun.

The tire is an off road ...
The tire is an off road tire and it is very good for such use.

Great tire for the rocks ...
Great tire for the rocks and dirt but in the mud their chocalate donuts.
